JOB SUMMARY

Will be cross-trained to perform the following functions for patient-check-in: registration, billing, referral, medical records and
appointment scheduling. Provides excellent customer service.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma.

Current/Valid License: N/A
Experience: One to two years of customer service in health care setting, preferred. Excellent communication skills, required. Bilingual in Spanish is required.
